"I've lived here two years and I feel comfortable and safe. My 1 bedroom has LOTS of storage. Would be 5 stars but I'm starting to see more & more cop cars due to domestic disputes on my side of the complex. Also, quite a few druggies hanging out around here, hopefully new management by CMA will clear them out. New maintenance supervisor was extremely helpful when my thermostat broke in February. Came and fixed it on my lunch break for me as soon as I told him about it. I am impressed."

"I lived here way longer then i wanted to. I have found Black Color mold in areas of Cadar Park. Cockroach and rat dropping behind refrigerators of filthy people who have moved out,. I was told Cockroaches are not unhealthy by Mike the office manager. You are dictated what can be tossed and what can not..The last straw was when i was asked to forge someone elses refund check."
