"Wowza! You do not have to be a fly on the wall to learn how dissatisfying it is to work here and how little your business matters. I interacted with 3 folks who work here and either it's a requirement to hate it or it becomes the default. I go out of my way to support independent, small businesses but now will have to go out of my way to avoid this place (it's so close!). I do NOT like leaving negative reviews and if I end up back in there and have a decent if not good experience, I will modify this review."

"Expect everything in this store to be $10 more than at any other nearby ace. I don't know why, probably whoever owns this one. They don't price match to their website like the other Ace's do either. I recommend just going to another one, even if it's a little farther. And no I'm not thinking of another ace, I'm talking about pearl ace."

"This is my local hardware store and I have visited a great many times. I fix a lot of things at old buildings and I'm constantly needing to find unusual parts. The staff here is very knowledgeable and some of the older guys always have good answers for me. The younger guys are pretty knowledgeable as well, and if they aren't sure of something, they always try really hard to figure it out with me. Many of the workers here know me by name and have been working there for quite some time. I highly recommend it here, except for parking. They should do something about that right parking lot. Still gets 5 stars though!"
