"This store is often fine and helpful but today an older white male employee decided to proselytize to me about his love of Donald Trump. I am a brown disabled person and this felt like a direct threat to my safety and basically telling me I am unwelcome in the store. I hope you get employees with better boundaries about their political opinions. It is inappropriate for them to be proselytizing their political opinions to people who just want to buy things. I live just a few blocks from here and was shopping here about once a week. I will now make the extra drive to shop where employees don't tell me about a politician who wants to end my rights."

"Ace is my go to hardware store in town. I love popping through to grab annual plants for the bees during the warm months. The selection of seeds and soils and nutrients is good for my indoor and outdoor plants. I happened upon some purple Brussel sprouts this year! The dahlias I purchased were well groomed and twice as large as the ones I started from tubers. I wish there was a Dahlia tubers selection and I did notice the heirloom organic botanically selection while large was not totally inclusive. This is where I get all my trimming tools as well using coupons and points from the Ace Hardware App. It's a pain to use but worth it if you check it out. This place is my go to key cutting shop also. Friendly folks from around the hood I usually see someone I know. Keep it local."
"Bob saved my day. My car key decided it wanted to snap in half on Saturday, one that I had gotten made there 4.5yrs ago. The assistant manager told me they didn't have the template so I left. When I tried to unlock my vehicle, the key nearly snapped completely and I went back in desperately asking for them to try again. Bob stepped up, took a look and said they did in fact have the template. He cut it himself and saved me from extravant tow fees and alternate transportation fees. Give Bob a raise, he is stellar human being."
