Believe it or not they told me to get the part from Amazon which I now regret because I should have giving them my business. We stopped by in person and found a perfectly serviceable and clean basic range ,with no electronics to go bad, for $400 delivered, with our old range taken away. Come delivery day Angel called to let us know he was on the way and he and his helper quickly replaced our old range and even hauled away our old dishwasher that was broken. They were in and out in under 30 minutes, I tipped those men very well. The whole buying experience was quick, friendly and without any upsells. I'll recommend Appliance City to all my friends.
