"Better stock levels than in recent times, less staff during the day has always been a national staffing model, so I do not recommend daytime shopping if you need a lot of items that are now locked in cabinets that require assistance to obtain if you're in a hurry."
"Buyer beware! Target once had reliable returns and quality customer service but the return policy differs by item and is hard to know. Very unreliable and untrustworthy! I used to have so much faith in the quality of items because the ease of returns and replacements was great. Not anymore. Beware!"
"I've always loved Target and I understand the need to lock things up. But if Target is going to do that, there needs to be staff available to unlock them when a customer wants something. An average wait time for each section, each time is about 10 minutes. There are usually multiple people waiting for something locked up by the time someone shows up. While waiting, we (customers) talk about how Target may lose our business. It's not the employees fault they are understaffed so there isn't a point it complaining to them. This makes a quick Target run nearly impossible. Sadly, Target is getting close to losing my business."
"One lady at the register and one young man at the self checkout and the line is out past the aisles but they have plenty security guards. Ridiculous to make customers wait this long to check out and without fail there’s always someone in line voicing their frustrations which is understandable. If this store has a manager, maybe corporate should consider replacing them with someone better suited to support the customer and the staff."
"They have security guards. I feel safe and comfortable when I go to shopping in this location. Crews are kind. So many seasonal stuffs and selections. They have Starbucks. Store is clean and neat. Very organized."
