"Took in a box of kids clothes in really good shape with popular name brands on a Friday. They said they didn’t have time to go through them and gave me till Monday to pick up what they didn’t want. I couldn’t make it down on Monday. Just called them and they say they only took one pair of jeans and donated everything else. Horrible business practice!"

"I will never consign here again! I brought two garbage bags full of nice clothes. I said I didn’t want to donate, and I was told she didn’t have time to go through my clothes. I had to wait three days, and I didn’t know that if I wasn’t there the third day they were gone and donated. I had four dollars and one thing left to sell. The owner was rude! I wish I would have read the reviews, I would have taken my stuff somewhere else!"

"Basically stole my sons clothes, most in season new clothes I bought at Wee Ones!!! Button downs included. Most my son never wore, they didnt take one piece for consignment. I had no idea if I wasnt able to come in on Monday they would "donate them". I dropped them on Friday. They did not tell me. Where were they donated to? I feel they save them and sell them later and i get no benefit. I went in and the lady basically was rude as heck and told me I should have come on the day they told me to, period. The girl didnt say it was the only day to pick them up, and said it may be ready Monday. Very rude very bad business to be talked to thay way. I have shopped there since my son was 3 and now he is 10!!! I know what they sell, I wanted to consign exactly what they sell as I bought it there myself! I dont expect every piece to be taken but none? Robbery!"

"A consignment store, which also carries limited new goods. A spacious store, not packed. They are picky about what they accept. Like all second-hand stores, sometimes you get lucky and score. And other times, nothing. Overall, I've been shopping here for nearly 30 years. I've found some excellent deals over the years. Parking can be a challenge. Competing with Trader Joe parking."

"I’ll never consign here but will shop here. Brought in two garbage bags full of nice and practically new clothes and asked to take back when they finished. They give you a day (3 days later) but I wasn’t told they’d donate if you don’t pick up on THAT day. Came back a few days after was told they’d be done only to find they donated all but ONE thing! So for all the items I brought in I’ll likely get a couple bucks. Absolutely terrible policy. The clothes on the rack are in good condition but about the same price as sale items at old navy, so if you want brand new stuff just go to the clearance rack elsewhere."
