"After Macy's and HnM Old navy is the new store for me to buy clothes for my son. I do alot of online shopping and returns are easy for me. Ashlyn helped me today with the returns. I bought a shirt last week so when I came to return my stuff I saw the shirt was 40% off. I told her to do price adjustment for me. She said she can't do it as it won't let her do. And I purchased 2 same shirts one on sale and one regular price and im explaining her and showing her the receipt that this shirt was purchased last week for full price and today it's on sale. And she goes I'm not able to do the price adjustment and just kept arguing and she said I can't do anything. I told her let me buy this shirt on sale and I will return with the receipt that I bought last week and then argument started again saying we can't do that since the barcodes will be different. I asked her reallyyy??? And guess what I matched both shirts barcodes were exactly the same. Coz I didn't do online purchase. Don't wanted to argue more but Ashlyn I'm sorry if you were not too sure what to do how to do just call your manager to deal with the situation. I worked in a retail store and we make sure our customer is happy. I have a flight on Friday to catch and she wants me to come in store and return the old shirt. I am disappointed. Attaching both tags. Thanks for making me do two trips since the return policy is 30 days so I have to come in store before I leave."
