"Great choices and selections to find grad/prom dresses. Very reasonably priced. Store has a variety of outfits from casual to dressy. Customer service could be better with more communication and a helping hand with customers. Overall, staff were knowledgeable and not pushy, simply want you to be happy with your purchase. Glad we found this place!"

"went in today to try to find a prom dress. i wandered around for 5-10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. an employee was watching me but didn't even say hello, or acknowledge me at all until the cashier sent her to help me(i didn't even realize she was an employee as she was hiding behind some dresses), which wasn't until after i asked the cashier for help getting a fitting room. employee was very obviously not pleased to be there, and she seemed annoyed that she had to assist me. she said little to me throughout the entirety of my time there, and i ended up walking out after trying on a few dresses (lo and behold, the selection was very limited, and the sizes even more so), as my fitting room was given to someone else and the employee disappeared behind the counter with the cashier. she did not notice that i left. i did not feel welcome there at all and i left feeling appalled and self-conscious. i will never go back there. please, please proceed with caution. after reading other reviews, i realize that my experience isn't nearly as awful as others'."

"Bodyshamers!! They carry like 3 sizes and if you can’t fit into those three sizes, they will make comments on how to “fix it”. The worker told me to eat more and gain weight if I ever wanted to find a dress that will fit me."

"Went in yesterday with a few friends. We weren't very loud and my friends wanted to try on dresses but, unless you can divine how it looks from inside a plastic bag, then good luck finding one you like. On top of that they shamed my friend for the weight and when we called the next day to leave a complaint the owner said that "that wasn't what happened, I didn't say that" despite the manager not even being the one there the day before. Terrible customer service, horrendous management. Do not go here"
