"Refused to accept a return for a dress with a broken zipper with receipt. If you buy anything on clearance regardless if it doesn't fit or is broken they won't let you return it. Awful attitude from management."

"Placed an online order for in store pickup, was not allowed to try on the items that were bought and paid for! Was told to try on elsewhere and bring back what didn't fit,,, Yet, you can try on unpaid for merchandise all day long. Gas is almost $5.00 a gallon So I basically would have to go home (which is a bit of a distance)try on 2 shirts and make another trip to Bellingham to return merchandise. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of.None of the other stores do that.I was going to shop some more after a bit ,but after that treatment I just left .Don't wish to return either. "I had a return today and the manager of F21 (Shaila) was so disrespectful. I came up to the counter with my return (I had just purchased a romper yesterday 6/3/23). The romper I purchased originally was from F21 at the Alderwood mall (purchased item with no tag/the associate looked it up) I asked the associate if there would be any issues returning if it did not fit and was reassured that it would not be an issue. So, today I drove to the Bellis Fair mall because it is much closer to me as I stay in Skagit. As soon as Shaila assisted me she immediately said she would not return my item and did not care about the explanation I gave her. She was very condescending and did not even attempt to resolve my concern. She said I could exchange for something but F21 doesn’t carry plus size in store. I asked if she could please call the other store and see if there was anything else we could do. I also asked if there was a different manager to which she screamed I am the manager. I asked who her manager was and for her info to make a complaint to which she refused. So unprofessional. She basically argued with me the entire time and I told her I would not be leaving until I got the info. She ended up doing the return annoyingly and said she would NEVER do a return for me again.. to which I said fine because I will NEVER shop at F21. She also just gave me the store number number NOT HR or a district/regional manager. Terrible service! She must get away with a lot if that’s how she acts with these types of situations. I think she was in a bad mood but that is in NO WAY an excuse to treat your customer. Do better!"

"i came in super close to closing looking for an outfit for a last minute job interview and the person who helped me (i wish i got her name! i think it might have been alexi) was so genuinely nice the entire time, even up to the very last minute. i felt bad for coming in so late but she did an awesome job of making me feel welcome anyway "

"This is the first store I walk into when I go to the Bellis fair mall. Very cute summer clothes coming in, they also had a $5 sale going on and I was there for so long. I do recommend checking out the dresses. Perfect for summer. Other than that, good quality clothing and all types of different styles for each unique person."
