Said for sure on Thursday , guess what wrong part. (They had pictures of the model number and tank,, brought in the part I needed to replace).Now they say sure on Friday. 5 days no hot water due to their incompetence ."

"Not real happy with the attitudes of the employees behind the counter, seems like they really don't want to help you. Kinda like I'm a nuisance to them. Been to many Ferguson's around the country and this one is not very friendly. I don't usually complain but this is worth being mentioned."

"They are more of a wholesaler. They have specialty iteams , you may not find attached your local home improvement stores. Which means you are going to PAY for them. Cash customers , beware ! If you would happen to need to return anything you will be waiting 2 weeks for a check in the mail. Yes even with a receipt."
