"Don't consign there! They damage your clothes. I brought a hoodie to sell. I called 3 times for updates and each time they said it was on the floor. After 6 weeks , I decided to pick it up. That was when I found out they took it off the floor because the zipper broke. Why did they not tell me the 3 times I called? They won't replace the zipper, I can't sell it or wear it. Terrible!"
