Buckle

"I never post bad reviews, but I felt it was necessary. I had the worst experience in this Buckle. The staff was so over bearing I couldn’t shop or look at anything without them hovering over my shoulder. Every single worker there asked me the same exact questions, almost as if it’s rehearsed or they are on commission. It was absolutely ridiculous, I was so uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong, I love to be greeted and helped but they would not leave me and my friend alone."

"Went in once and terribly rude staff. I wanted to look around and browse and the worker kept following me and getting into my personal space bringing me items. At first I kindly thanked her for her ideas but told her I just wanted to look. She did not take the hint and kept following me around the store and bringing up items she thought I would like. If a customer asks to just browse, please let them. I ended up having enough of it after about 4 times if me telling her I was OK and just wanted to look. I told her thank you and said I would come back another time. To which she replied “sure you will” with a rude tone and rolled her eyes."

"Went to return a pair of boots I decided not to keep. (Tried on in store, then at home, NOT worn outside). They accused me very RUDELY of wearing the shoes outside, and couldn’t give evidence as such, couldn’t show me any dirt or scuff marks. After discussing I know the policies before I worked there for 5yrs and understood they probably were behind on sales for the day, but that’s not my fault, they returned my item. I’ll never support that store again, go down to Dani’s store in Lynwood!"

"As a store you can get rid of this review my refunding me for my pair of socks as requested, which the store employee didn't take the security tag off of. I understand that mistakes happen, though you need to correct your mistakes when they happen. It's not worth my time going back to the store for a pair of socks."

"I was very disappointed yesterday. I went into the Bellis Fair Buckle to buy 3 pairs of jeans for my daughter. The greeting at the door was great, and the offer to help us was good as well. But when my daughter hesitated on knowing her size, the associate got rude, she took it upon herself to start guessing my daughters size. My daughter continued to say it’s ok we got this, but still she had to end on one more guess of her size. It was clearly uncomfortable. We thanked her and said we would let her know if we needed anymore help and she left—we simply needed to know the location of the jeans. As we were sorting through the jeans, the same associate walked in front of us, essentially stopping our search for the jeans we were looking for and proceeded to bring another customer over and pick out jeans for her. She reached across my daughter’s arms to grab a pair, then proceeded to get up into my space as well. I usually prefer to support these women in my community, but purchasing on line seems to be a better option for now on."
