"Maripaz was absolutely AMAZING on helping me find a fragrance that I loved. She gave thoughtful suggestions, was patient and I appreciated her attention to detail. She was fantastic and made the whole experience great. I am a picky shopper so it was refreshing to be helped by someone so nice! Her associate ( I can’t remember her name) was also so helpful as well."

"I tried to return or exchange a defective dress (never wore) I purchased at the Macy's in Tyson Corner VA. The manager at the Bellingham location didn't let me exchange it or give me a refund. Her words "You can take it to a tailor and get it fix, sorry we can't take your return". I have never experienced such a poor costumer service at any Macy's."

"This is probably the best selection of high-end makeup beauty products and perfume that you're going to find without visiting an Ulta or sephora. Their makeup counters have exceptional service and make the high price worth while by letting you test the colors before you splurge. If you're not done up or wearing your nicest clothes they are definitely going to give you a side eye but they're not nearly as condescending or disrespectful about it as some other places I could mention like Kohl's. They did a much better job trailing behind us discreetly. Their clothes are ridiculously expensive and they have a pretty much non-existent selection for juniors or young adult style for women's unless you dress a bit older or like a teacher or something. As far as men's clothes go you can find a lot more age-friendly and casual selection. I really wish they had a higher selection of upscale purses I've had to go to Seattle or Spokane anytime I wanted a truly high class handbag because all you're going to get here is all of the price tag and none of the name brand. Staff was super friendly. Especially their night security."

"I took my grandson shopping for a dress jacket and slacks shirt and tie. I had no idea where to start. I found Steven and told him what we needed. My grandson is almost in adult sized clothing. He found us a jacket in men's and shirt and pants in big boys. He stayed right with us. I did not expect to get that level of service. He was amazingly helpful. And we did very well price wise"
