"Upon an agreed price of roughly $120.00 for a ring size reduction and the prongs on a diamond fixed. I went to receive the ring and had questions about the price because of a sudden the out the door price $192.22 and they did the reduction and fixed only one prong. After confirming with my spouse who was there, about the agreed price and services expected. We are not too pleased with the financial outcome of the services. However the work was more than adequate. It just seems very shady with the price jump. Especially for removing gold off of the ring. To the company's reply of this isn't a fair review. However, if that is their VIP pricing at that cost, where did the gold that was removed even though it's only 2 mm of extra gold end up going because I certainly did not receive it upon picking up my ring."

"Such great customer service. The employees actively wanted to help me find items and the prices were great. They have some fun anime gifts that my sons just loved. I will definitely be back for Christmas shopping. Some nice antiques for my parents maybe, strings and picks for my guitar, jewelry for my daughter and swords for my son. PA downtown just gets better and better!"

The staff have always been very knowledgeable and accomidating. Some people just like to write negative things to make themselves feel big. I highly recommend this business. Happy new year!"

"Don’t expect to be taken seriously here. Some guy told me they wouldn’t take my 250$ gaming monitor because it didn’t have a DVI port. Modern Graphics card don’t have DVI Ports anymore, they have HDMI 2.0 and later, so has no idea what he’s talking about."
