"Great at taking the time to help you figure out what’s wrong with your trailer if it’s immobile and get it fully functional again. Great place"
"They canceled my diagnostic appointment for multiple RV repairs with less than two weeks before the appointment even though they knew that I was coming in from out of the area. At that point, my Vrbo was non-refundable, which wasted a lot of money, and I was forced to find another option, delaying my repairs. I'm never trusting them with my business again."
"I had a service emergency with my RV while traveling! Their team was off for the day and were able to help me anyway! They’re very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend to travelers and locals. People that leave negative reviews… everything ok at home? Makes no sense"
"I was trying very diligently to find a small piece to my RV leveling system. Everyone else was basically telling me I was out of luck. I drove in, they looked at the levelers, wrote down the part numbers, and called the manufacturer. It took about 2 weeks but it was worth it. A very sincere company that understands that your RV is a part of your lifestyle. Thank you for always doing top-notch work and for going the extra mile."
"After 5 years of RV ownership and 3 1/2 years full time travel I've had my experiences with repair shops. While supply chain and other things out of the control of shops is still an issue, finding a shop that does the right thing is a rarity. Mobuilt was faced with "eating" the cost of an expensive part, and labor, after the first installation unfortunately failed due to the part being faulty by the manufacturer, and that the manufacturer would not warranty. Mobuilt ended up ordering a replacement part from another vendor. Thankfully all went well the second time around, and kudos to Mobuilt for doing the right thing and being honorable."
