"The place is dirty went in with a fishing reel worth $179 it sells on eBay for $130 to $150 he offers 30 bucks which is scamming people be careful of this shop they are not honest but if you want to get treated better head down to EZ Pawn at least they don't call the cops on customers and they pay way better then better Pawn. The owner is a pathetic business owners and because they didn't like what I had to say about his dirty shop and poor business decisions so we have the police called on me if you want to do business with somebody that takes advantage of other people and does not pay fairly head to better Pawn where they divulge your personal information online nice job having me trespassed because of your lies"

"Made a significant purchase from Julian at Better Pawn. Given I am located across the country, the item needed to be shipped. I agreed to pay shipping but would need receipts for the shipping charges. Then was told he would need have to have it crated, and would cost another $100 plus additional $ for the added weight for freight. Item was shipped and received, but was damaged en route. Julian refuses to help me in being able to file a damage claim with Fedex. Won’t answer calls, ignores messages for something that would take less than a minute to help me. Also will not provide receipts for shipping or the crate that I paid for. Most likely because he was skimming extra money from me on that front. Beyond disappointing now that I’m sitting here with a $3000 item that’s damaged with no way to file a claim with Fedex without his help. BAD BUSINESS!!!"
