"Dropped off sleeping bags during a cold snap in January and the old man acted like I was giving him trash. Donate anywhere else."
"Overhead the manager and employee say "only $400? What's another $100 to these people?" when pricing a stove. Never have I seen a more overpriced habitat for humanity. Must get a commission or kickback for sales cause stuff costs more than eBay. You should be ashamed"
"Has a large selection of used household items, furnishings and tools for work and garden. Also tiles and flooring. The prices are usually good, with only a few that would be close to new price. I haven't been there recently, but they used to have a stack of microwave plates in various sizes in case the one that came with your oven was broken. Some of the bargains are the new led bulbs in the package. A varied supply of bathroom towel holders and even some shrink-wrapped new things. Various sizes and types of doors. I found some good sliding doors for my closet that fit and were even the right color. Lights for all rooms and globes/lamp shades, I picked up 2 pendant lights for the house. Small packaged hardware--hooks, screws, bolts. Some days there are sales with different color dots on items that show a discount. Large appliances, too. Be sure to sit on the chairs/sofas before buying, to test the firmness and support. Test cabinet doors and drawers, too. Closed on Monday and Sunday. They take donations that are in working conditions ask them before dropping off. They might take awhile to pick up large items. The photos show the orig doors that were wrong size, the white doors were from habitat and the correct size."
"Absolutely love this place. Reminds me of what 2nd hand stores used to be like. Low prices and you always find something you want. I've purchased a roll top desk, tools, nightstand and so much more. Super nice and pleasantly friendly staff. Even helped carry out my purchases!"
"Great place to shop for second hand household items. Great deals on everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. They will hold an order for you 24 hours and will give store credit on returns up to 30 days after purchase. They have a little bit of everything!"
