"We purchased a Beautyrest Black Mattress with the foam top layers for $3000.00 in July of 2022. In less than 6 months we were experiencing very noticeable sagging. We found that the warranty only covers sagging of at least 1-1/2”. We are already about half way there. This mattress is suppose to last 7-10 years. We are so uncomfortable sleeping on this bed that we are going to go back to the mattress we had used prior to buying the Beautyrest. Now we are stuck with a very expensive mattress that we can not even sleep on. We are so disappointed and upset that we intend to tell everyone about the low quality and bad service we have received from both Beautyrest and Macy’s."

"Went mattress shopping all over Bellingham. Found the mattress we love here at Macys after looking literally every where else. They had a good selection but working Karen was amazing. She was very informative but not pushy, and let us look around on our own then come to her if we had any questions. Five star experience here because of her! Thank you Karen :) Update! My mattress came on the day as promised when I purchased 10 days ago. The delivery was smooth easy and they installed my bed for me. Very satisfied!"

"Purchased a mattress with a Worry no More pad. The sales person ordered the wrong size which we did not discover until we had signed for the order. So at that point the driver was done. We contacted the store immediately and were told it would be takcare of we would have it in about a week to ten days. Fast forward 18 days and no pad. I have been told it was going to be delivered 3 different times but they couldn't provide any tracking. Now they claim an express order was generated yesterday and it will be here by day 20 but no tracking. Sales experience was great because of commissioned sales people but the back end service is horrible. I hope I don't have any problems with the mattress."
