"been here three-ish years. have loved it. dropped from 5 stars to two due to systematiclly cutting down all plant life on property over the last 2 years. first it was the trees which gave so much appreciated shade and shelter to watch wild life now its the bushes and hedges. when you see the giant white X's you know the grim reaper is near. i love watching the birds in the large bush outside my front window, also great enrichment for the cats. a family of blue jays actually moved into the bush over the summer.one of the three clusters of the bush is gone now and it wasnt even the one with the X. ill have to enjoy it for the next day or two until the destroy. Was it out of the budget to have the team do the landscapeing? maybe we can use the $100 fee for unsightly patios to buy some new plants next summer, or replace the ones on patios that the landscapers uncaringly mow into dust RIP Hasta's you will be missed but never forgotten. honest review, Change my mind change your score"

"Lived here for several years. The units are clean, maintained well, and they're pet friendly! The buildings span several cul de sacs and host a small central playground so it's a great place to raise your kids. Superb location close to an elementary school, public library, and Sheehan Park. Also grants easy access to the post office and highway 151. It is easy to pay rent and submit work orders via their online portal, and maintenance+management both respond promptly to requests and concerns."
