"I just signed a lease and have not moved in yet, but my experience so far has been excellent thanks to the office staff who are very friendly and helpful. I had brief but pleasant encounters with Andi and Haley, and Sam, who I worked with more closely, was absolutely wonderful! She was responsive and very helpful with finding me what I was looking for. Process to see some places and sign the lease was fast and easy. Buildings seem clean and well kept. Looking forward to moving in! Will update review after I've spent some time living on the premises."

"I have lived here for several years and it’s a great place to live! Upkeep is really spot on! Maintenance is always prompt and helpful! I have no complaints! Since they got a new snow removal company this season, it’s been so much better than previous years. I hope to stay as long as possible!"

"Was told a co-signer wouldn’t be required to apply so we went for it. Lease was sent a few days later, cashiers check with first months rent and security was turned into leasing office. later that same day we got a call that we actually don’t qualify and that our applications got rejected. why would the lease be sent and cashiers check be requested if applications weren’t approved beforehand?? woman we talked to stated it might have been rejected due to no rental history??? when we asked about co-signers at the beginning of this process… confused and angry, all happened within a span of a week and left apartment-less a week before move in day."

"I contacted the new apartment manager to ask if she could please have someone show me how to remove and clean the AC filters. I have a significant health condition that was acting up and I wanted to be sure the filters were not aggravating things. They took it very seriously and responded promptly. Neil took the whole AC unit outside and apart and cleaned the entire unit, working well past the end of his shift. He cleaned every inch of it. When he was done he reinstalled it and vaccumed up the area. What a great and hard working guy! I didn't realize he was going to do this. I thought he was just going to show me how to remove the filters and show me how to clean them. He went far above and beyond. I felt like they took my concern very seriously and took great care of me from my initial contact with the apartment manager to the end of the day. I really appreciated how they came through for me.
