Springs at Sun Prairie

"I’ll first off start by saying I don’t typically do reviews especially negative ones. But I feel it needs to be said that this is not the place to live. When we moved in the place was absolutely filthy, countertops and food and crumbs all over, cabinets dirty, and the dishwasher and food all caked in the drain so it wouldn’t operate properly. I had cleaned up as much I can until the cleaning crew had to come out and finish up. Not to mention my check in list I had notes all over it because of the damage and scrapes and chips on all the walls, doors, and cabinets just so I would get charged at the end of my lease. Not to mention I trapped 5 mice last summer.. no idea how they are getting in but they are. They consider them luxury apartments, which from the outside I will agree they look nice, until you walk inside.. they found the cheapest contractors to put this place together. Thin walls, cheap appliances, cabinetry, and $25 for trash removal yet sometimes they won’t remove the garbage because it’s too heavy. Seriously… Please don’t get me wrong the staff is friendly, responsive and very helpful. But for $2,000 a month for a 2 bed? Spend your money somewhere like a luxury apartment such as the Catalyst on Main and get way more for less money."

"Moving from out of state the staff at the Springs Sun Prairie made it super easy to navigate the leasing process! As soon as we arrived they made us feel right at home! We have been here a fee months now and we love it! They offer really awesome amenities! The trash service being my personal favorite! We recently also participated in the Halloween decorating contest and got 2nd place which is awesome! We definitely are so glad we chose The Springs!"

However, we found the Springs to be an exceptional apartment complex. The management is great. The amenities are fantastic. We had no complaints and only positive experiences here. The Springs has really figured out how to do apartment management right. I highly recommend the Springs, whether for short term or longer term living."

"Springs is a beautiful place and right within the Sun Prairie community. it's within walking distance to food, drinks, Movies, Supermarket and Target!!!! The building itself is so modern and well kept, The Springs at Sun Prairie Property management staff provides super-fast and excellent responses to anything I have reached out to ask them! Any maintenance issue or questions are handled professionally and fast. The on-site Club House is a great place to work-out, swim or host events at, It's a Great place to call home."
