"We lived at Gateway for a year and it was the best renting experience we've ever had! Management, both on-site and upper management, as well as maintenance staff...everyone we came in contact with at Gallina was kind, courteous, and friendly. We had a couple concerns while we lived there, and they were handled in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism. Other management companies we have dealt with have been disrespectful, lazy, or unresponsive. That was not the case at all at Gateway. I can't recommend them enough! We even had to sublet our apartment for a cross-country move, and the process was super painless and we found a subleaser no problem. The property is so well taken care of and staff are so friendly, they had no problem finding someone to take over our lease- we didn't have to do anything!"

"I'll really miss this place. I absolutely LOVED living here. Firstly, it is the quietest place I've ever lived. No exaggeration, I thought I didn't have neighbors either side of me for months because I never heard a peep. The only time you hear anyone else is when they're in the hallway. Amazing sound insulation for such an affordable place. Secondly, the manager there, Crystal, is so nice and was very accommodating when I lost my job during the pandemic. She was very sympathetic and it felt like she went out of her way to see how she could help. I eventually got a job in another city, so I ended up having to move, which they were also very kind about."

"If I could rate this zero stars out of 5 I would. This is a nice place to look at and is well kept that I will comment on. They did not give my boyfriend a whole lot of notice with a place to move into while mind you, the COVID-19 pandemic is still going on. Being furloughed from your job, and finding a new place to go is way more stressful and difficult than many things in life. This is completely the wrong way to go about business."

"I lived here for around 2 years and only moved out due to relocation unrelated to the building or management. Within those 2 years, I had no issues at all! The units are very good for the price and have lots of space, one underground parking spot also being included was a great perk. The few interactions my roommates and I had with management were kind and professional. I would recommend Gateway Terrace to anyone looking for an affordable but still well-kept place to live."
