"I lived in the Woodmere Apartments from 2019-21 and had a great experience. Despite the work-from-home pandemic I of course didn't plan on, I look back on my one bedroom and little patio space with so much fondness and great memories!"

"Been here a year and a half and it’s been a good experience for the most part. Maintenance is very responsive and usually done within the same or next day. Neighbors can be a bit noisy, walls are kind of thin and sound travels, but it’s manageable. My apartment is very spacious and lots of storage! Note to short people though- the kitchen cupboards are quite high so bring a step stool :). Overall I’m pleased with it here especially as my first place."

"I've lived here for 2-1/2? years & am pretty comfortable. I had an issue with getting my garage door to lock. & maint thought it was opr error. The locking mechanism was replaced after security later found the lock locked, but not effectual. When the alarm kept going off on my stove, it was replaced with a new used stove. Complex heats the bldg & I have never been cold. My bedroom air conditioner works, but is older & loud. I have a new one in the living room. The walls are thin, but my neighbors are quiet for the most part. I have a tree filled view, see wildlife & wake up to birds singing. Parking is TIGHT. Maint cleans the common area at least once a week."

"I have loved my two years here. The office works are polite, friendly, and quick to learn your name. They constantly improve the buildings and common spaces. The maintenance guys are on point and helpful. While not the best to look at on the outside, it's easy to make a home on the inside."

"I lived here for almost a year and i have not had ONE major problem. I have had small incidents that were taking care of right away like my air conditioner. My neighbors are extremely friendly. Its a pretty quiet area, I don't hear my neighbors which is also a plus. The only negative thing it that probably twice a week the hallway smells bad which is probably because of the dogs in the unit too. I have not seen any bugs or rats. Everything seems pretty up to date, the dish washer seems like a newer model which i am fortunate to have. The office lady Kris is very friendly and helpful. I love living here. The other downfall is the parking spaces fill quickly after around 10-ish which sometimes leaves me to have to walk a block or two which isn't a huge issue since there are pleeenty of lights to see my surrounding. I would recommend this location to people because it pretty nice considering the price and location."
