"I was led here by fate. I was trying to find a nice place to live...I'm pretty demanding when it comes to my comfort. I found Ascend at Woodbury. It was everything I wanted and more. The rooms are spacious and fresh and clean. The kitchen is amazing. I even have a balcony. Everything is easy to access such as mail and packages. There's an outdoor pool for summer dips and underground heated parking. I could go on but I recommend you see for yourself."

"Absolutely regret living at this apartment. Staff is not personable at all with the exception of the maintenance guys; one staff is super mean and unprofessional to people within other communities. Had multiple problems with appliances within the first 6 months. There’s mold in multiple spots including around the windows. Very overpriced for the actual quality. Takes forever to plow lots. Sidewalks usually get salted but it’s not pet friendly and then once it melts it’s still all over the sidewalks to track into the home. So many more negative things to say than positive about this place. Lots of other places that are cheaper and probably have better quality ultimately for the buck. Not quick to help out or be accommodating if there’s an issue on the tenant’s end but they’re always quick to throw in “we have to charge you additional fees because you aren’t in compliance” for said issue. Just not impressed. Won’t recommend anyone I like to live here. There’s a reason that there’s over 20 vacant apartments, (including corner units and first floor units) here so take that into account when you’re looking and ask yourself why before you spend money."

"I have lived here since November and I absolutely love living here. This is a beautiful property. I feel safe and well taken care of at Ascend. Chelsea the property manager is excellent in making sure that you as a resident truly feel heard. She really takes the time to provide an individualized and personal experience when communicating with you. The leasing agents are equally excellent in providing quality service whether it be assisting you in finding your new home, or providing answers to questions you may have as a resident. Maintenance is always punctual and kind as well. If I could give this place 6 stars I would."
