"Kim was super helpful and personable. She responded to the interest request I put in really fast. When we met with her she really took the time to hear what it was we both wanted and had kept those things in mind throughout the entire process. She’s touched base on and off in between our meeting and move-in day. Overall I’d highly recommend working with Kim if you’re looking into moving to City Walk. The apartment itself is pretty nice and affordable considering what you receive. The gym looks nice, and it seems like the residents really enjoy using it, so it has to be good, right? The pool looked pretty nice too. The hallways do get a little confusing because they’re kinda dark and they all look the same, but once you get that figured out you’re all set. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. The lighting is pretty good and I really like that they allow you to make your apartment completely your own. You can paint and hang things on the walls. My apartment came with 2 ceiling fans because the previous tenants installed them, so we were happy to find that! The bathrooms are super spacious and there’s tons of storage space. I would recommend looking into City Walk if you’re looking an apartment in the area."
