"I had an appointment to view the property. I was told 10:15 they had it scheduled for 10. From the jump you could tell they were frustrated. We are from out of state coming early to view properties and pay a deposit. Since our move in date was not within a week they would not even let us view a property. I told them on the phone when my expected move in date was. I don’t understand why none of this information was disclosed when I scheduled a viewing. I have wasted time and energy. Definitely not a welcoming place."

"I would like to respectfully give 3 stars. We subleased and had minor issues with signing the lease over as well as our first maintenance request wasn’t responded to until after almost a week. We werent upset given it wasn’t a pressing issue, we just felt we could have deserved a call or something to let us know when to expect them. Overall, the neighborhood and unit is great. We love our neighbors and management has been great. There is just one person who seems to never be happy when we walk into the office. Not welcoming at all. Otherwise, everyone else has been great."
