Canvas at Woodbury

"( 10/5/2023) I wanted to leave another Review for our Community at Canvas, however Google does not allow you to do so, and one has to therefore revise the original review. I have lived in this community for 1 year now, plus a few months and i absolutely love it. The beautiful manicured lawns, the amenities, my beautiful house, and above all the customer service from Maryna our Property Manager and the rest of the office team is impeccable. Maintenance requests, are quickly and swiftly dealt with. Woodbury is a beautiful town, and living at Canvas is so rewarding, with beautiful walking paths, quiet and serene community that has beautiful amenities. ( post was 2022 Aug) I just moved in to Canvas about a week ago. Beautiful neighborhood, and has met all my expectations. The design of the homes was well thought out. The neighborhood is serene and has lovely walking trails, with well manicured lawns. Ashley ( Canvas office staff)is efficient, and will always follow up and follow through."

"UPDATE AFTER A FULL YEAR OF LIVING AT CANVAS: I recently left Canvas, and wanted to give a final review. I tried leaving a new review, but it appears Google will only let me edit the existing one. After I left the last stellar review, Canvas switched to a new management company and I was concerned. And as it turns out, I didn’t need to be. The new management company, with Maryna now in charge, has only gotten even better!!!! Having rented at other locations many times across the Twin Cities, I can say without hesitation that Canvas - and the staff behind it - are simply the best I have ever encountered. They didn’t just set the bar, they redefined what it means to enjoy the perks that come with renting. We wanted for nothing - every item that needed attention was attended to with immediacy (thank you Jeff!!!). We felt like everyone was literally just waiting on us to ask a question or have some issue that needed to be resolved. It’s truly FIVE-STAR service. If you’re considering moving to the Woodbury area - this place is a MUST on your list. It simply does not get any better. I just left a five-star review for the Canvas community in Woodbury - and now I find myself leaving another review. And I would rate it TEN STARS if possible. My sliding-glass door - for some unknown reason - shattered. (I suspect a large bird flew into it and must have survived). I heard a noise, went downstairs, and watched as the glass-based spiderwebbing took hold of my door. I was shocked - and called Ashley at Canvas. She answered as she always does - and I explained the situation. Within minutes Jarred was at my door. Unbelievable response! 20 minutes after that the maintenance representative showed up. And within an hour - THE DOOR WAS REPLACED. Anyone who has ever rented a home (even an apartment) will know - that kind of service does not exist! (My last rental - it would take days to get a plumber to fix a leak!) Well - it does here. And we are so appreciative of the opportunity to be a part of this community and have such service. I'm just wowed at Team Canvas. THESE PEOPLE ARE PURE GOLD."

"This is a fantastic high-end maintenance free single family home rental community. The houses are nicely designed and constructed by a local builder (Robert Thomas) with quality finishes. The management team is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to help tenants. Highly recommend anyone looking for rental property to consider Canvas at Woodbury"

"We have lived in a house in this community for 3 months while we were waiting to move out of state. The house was an excellent fit for us and management was very responsive if we ever needed anything. The fitness area and pool were great to have in the community. Neighbors were really friendly and great for our short stay!"
