"Been living here just under a year and have nothing to complain about. What's not to like? Great neighborhood, fun resident events, an amazing gym, and helpful management. The maintenance crew, especially Timothy has been very responsive and urgent. Couldn't be a nicer guy. The one downside of these apartments is there is no water spigots to wash my car or bike. I asked Timothy and he said I could use the maintenance building's spigot whenever I want. Life saver! Overall this is a wonderful place to live and in a great location. Definitely see myself here for another few years."

"We lived at Sundance for two years. There were pros and cons but overall we enjoyed our time here and miss it already. Our 1bed apt was spacious and we loved having our own garage and driveway especially for apartment living. I always felt safe taking my dog out in the middle of the night or super early mornings. Keri and Calsey were always prompt with responding to any issues or concerns."

"As soon as I came across Sundance Woodbury's website, I was immediately attracted to the property. The website was easy to navigate, provided helpful information, and within hours of submitting an interest form, Kerry called me to check in! Not only was she extremely thorough in explaining what the property has to offer, she answered every question I had, and helped me navigate the process seamlessly. Scheduling a tour was quick and easy. Tom was awesome and super accommodating during my visit! He made sure to show me the entire property and available units locations all via the property golf cart. As we cruised through the property, residents were doing Trick-or-Treat and I loved how close knit of a community feel it had and Tom made sure to greet every resident we passed (many by name!). The proof is in the details for how wonderful this property is. After touring a 1-bedroom unit, the clubhouse/pool/fitness area, dog park, and playground, I was sold. Everything is intentional. The process to acquire a unit was efficient and both Tom & Kerry were super communicative and transparent with prices throughout the process. Overall, my experience was 5 star+! I can't wait to move in and utilize all the amenities and make friends in the neighborhood! Other positives to note for potential residents: -The location is amazing. Right off of 94 with easy highway access. Everything you need is down the street (gas, shops, groceries, restaurants, drive thrus, etc.) -VERY dog friendly! There's a free elite dog spa space & dog park -The property is brand new and has incredible upkeep. The amenities are top notch -Individual garage space & patio/balcony is a game changer -Energy efficient in every way & impressive sound proofing -Community social media -The list goes on! If you are even considering Sundance, I encourage you to visit & you will be sold! I'm so thankful I found this community. Thank you Kerry, Kelce, & Tom for all you do!"

"I have to honestly say this has been one of the easiest transitions I have made when moving from one place to another. I loved how great the customer service was, I felt like a resident before I even signed my lease. The place is wonderful, everyone was friendly even the maintenance manager. I got the chance to meet Calsey the manager, she was also very kind and helpful. Kerry the assistant was very helpful, informative, and accommodating throughout the whole process. I’m really looking forward to making this my new home."

"What a first class community Sundance is here on the northern edge of Woodbury. I was one of the first to arrive in January and can't say enough good things from my experience so far. The community managers (Calsey and Kerry) are amazing and truly make all of us feel like we're part of the community. The property itself continues to present a "wow factor", with the 24/7 gym that features equipment that rivals the best gyms in the area, a community/game room space that makes you feel like you live at a resort, and the outdoor patio and pool/grilling area that will be a great hub in the summer months. The 2-bedroom upper unit is very well constructed and after 3 months, I have YET to hear any of my neighbors, which is pretty astounding. The sound proofing is truly a selling point! Love the layout and the natural light as well and the view of the pond with mature trees is quite relaxing. I am also very impressed that my full size extended cab truck fits in the garage with room to spare. For someone that has not been in the residential rental scene in a long time, Sundance has been a welcome surprise! Highly recommended!"
