"Walked in and right away I saw cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. I’m extremely disappointed because I can’t get my refund till 3/5 days later. I can’t afford another hotel please get a exterminator asap this was disgusting. No stars"
"Rooms are simple but fine. Location is fine. I planned on having my mom stay here from 1/2/24 until 1/19/24. However, service is extremely lacking. If I could give negative stars, I would. The room wasn’t cleaned when we got there, we cleaned it ourselves and got a $70 “discount”. (And by not cleaned, I mean nothing was done expect removing the linens and trash. We scrubbed the toilet, the shower, the fridge, the floor, every single surface.) When I checked in, I asked about extending our stay, they said to come to the desk the night before checkout to extend it, no problem. There was confusion about the pet fees (which, per their website and their fine print, are $25 a night for the first 6 nights and then $10 a night thereafter.) That was sorted when they looked through their fees and rules. Because I booked through expedia, they cannot extend the stay. I need to have my mom check out tomorrow and then check back in. I totally understand that, though annoying (especially because I paid at the hotel, not online). HOWEVER, because of that, they are charging $25 pet fee per night again, instead of the $10. Which, again, I asked about the first night when we checked in. They were not willing to discuss it, claiming they didn’t want management to come down on them for it. (They said they were a manager though..) This is unacceptable. I specifically asked about this scenario when I checked in and was given the all-clear. In WHAT world is this ok?"
"This place was very conveniently located to my destination. It was more spacious than I predicted and was cleanly. The staff was welcoming and helped me during my stay. I appreciate the good experience and plan to stay here again."

"If i could put NO STARS, I booked a hotel Saturday Oct. 28th, 2023. We ended up not staying at this hotel due to waiting for 20 -30 min in the lobby with no front desk attendee. As we waited, there were also cops stopped up front, the cops tried to find anyone possible that worked there and even knocked on the door to the front desk but no one responded. We were not satisfied with the service and possible safety and decided to book another hotel close by. Within 30 min to 1 hr I called to cancel the trip with PRICE LINE and they were not able to help me. I would have been ok to pay for at least the first night due to cancelation policy but extended stay would not approve the refund. Price line said the front desk staff said I was lying and they refused to cancel the stay , MOST UNPROFESSINAL response ever. I also have a family member who booked the same night and time so same case, but they were refunded their stay already. I told PRICE LINE IT'S THE SAME CASE AND i HAVE THE TRIP NUMBER. I'm not one to judge harshly but this is the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel, I would have gladly stayed but no one checked us in even though the hotel was open. NO FRONT DESK ATTENDEE FOR AT LEAST 30 MIN, cops even showed up and couldnt find any staff to isist them or us. Ive called price line 2x more times and they proceeded to tell me they cannot get ahold of anyone from this hotel and cannot cancel or refund the trip because EXTENDED STAY WOULD NOT APPROVE IT . I understand if I did not show up but I did, and I wAS EVEN willing to pay for at least 1 night even though extended stay messed up. I would prefer not to go through hoops and loops but what can you do when no one is up front the check you in? I have yet been able to get a hold of anyone from extended stay regarding this situation."
