"I'm going to try to be fair. The apartments are gorgeous! Every tenant has their own washer and dryer. There's a main entrance with a needed code to enter which brings a sense of security. I love that it is in the heart of Downtown San Jose, but the cons outweigh the pros. I lived here for a year and I've been disappointed with the office and management time after time. I had a few basic questions related to the apartment or contract and the office always seemed incompetent or unwilling to assist. One time I called the office or manager for a concern, but then they immediately hanged up on me. There's been a few times I've submitted a request online to resolve an issue (broken door, clogged sink, etc.) and requested that they contact me to make an appointment.. but the maintenance worker would often come in unannounced. Somehow the elevator would always break down, but good thing I would rarely use the elevator. Their enforcement and parking policies are terrible. We would always get email or phone notifications of someone parking in the wrong or unassigned parking spot. People have a tendency to park in the garage and in someone else's space without a parking permit. If you want to live here, just be sure to understand the leasing contract really well and take care of the apartment so you can minimize contact with the office since they aren't always helpful. Also be aware that this is Downtown San Jose.. so it is super loud, messy and crazy at times. I will say it is sometimes fun being part of Downtown life."

"I moved here in July literally worst decision I’ve made. Management loves to complain and micromanage the slightest of inconveniences. I just wish they would attend to fixing things in the apartment with the same speed they complain. Anyway other apartments in the area are like $100 more save yourself the headache and go live somewhere where the elevator doesn’t break every other day."

"One of the most beautiful and amazing places to live in the heart of downtown San Jose, Ca. 33 S 3rd st apartments is centrally located with all the best restaurants and clubs. I love it here because it is kept clean all the time. There are no pest, security and comfort are the some of the best qualities. The neighbors are awesome and very polite. There is covered parking, nearby parks for a great run, a 24/7 7-eleven across the street, and much more… The staff is awesome perfect. Eddie and Harman are the best, they helped me from day one, made time to show the property, worked with me to go over the details of the lease for the best rates and terms possible. They have been very supportive and responsive in helping me move. Thank you Eddie, Harman, and staff for making 33 S. 3rd St Apartments a wonderful and delightful place to live. Your hard work and friendship is well appreciated. Looking forward to staying here for a long time."
