This not only disrupted my plans but also added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a business trip. The lack of accommodation alternatives within the hotel left me scrambling for a last-minute solution. I would strongly caution anyone against staying at Hyatt House San Jose/Silicon Valley. The blatant neglect of cleanliness, the refusal to address valid concerns, and the overall lack of consideration for guests make this hotel a terrible choice. As an alternative, I found the Courtyard by Marriott across the street to be a vastly superior option – clean, accommodating, and with a staff that actually cares about guest satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options for a comfortable and hassle-free stay."
