"Room stunk of cigarettes terribly. Complained but no other rooms. Had to go buy Lysol or loose my money as they refused to refund. I had been there 1/2 an hour. Elevator dirty. DIRTY underwear, on a shelf. How did housekeeping miss that then they refused to come get them when we called. Breakfast was oatmeal packets and coffee. Nothing else! Zip! Windows open so we could air it out. That’s the best feature. Will never stay here again."

"The room comes with a kitchenette. Full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven. Plenty of cabinet space and complimentary dishes, pots & pans, utensils, toaster, dish rack, cups and plates, .bowls and silverware are provided on request. Housekeeping does not knock at your door daily but does offer services for a nominal fee upon request. There is a sofa bed in the living room area, a table, free wifi, a pool closes at 10pm which is 4 1/2 feet at the deepest end. No lifeguard on duty. Continental breakfast is served daily between 6 am - 9:30 am, packaged muffins, coffee , packets of instant oatmeal, hot chocolate & tea, on-site 24hour, laundry facilities, $3 per wash $3 per dry, a vending machine, and a fitness room with an elliptical, treadmill and bike which closes at 10pm. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I am enjoying my stay and will return."

"I stayed for over a year, and I was treated like royalty. Not once did I have an issue that wasn't immediately taken care of. From the CORPORATE HQ negotiating a fixed rate, to people like Sam, Heidi, and Jerry helping me stay comfortable. I can't name everyone who contributed, but know EVERYONE at ES South were amazing. For the record, I was staying at North, and my move to South was a great decision. The customer service was night and day at the South location."

"Took a while for us to get help at the front desk. The rooms were nice and clean, and I would advise you to bring extra blankets from home because they didn't have any extra blankets. They have a washer and dryer, but they do not provide detergent or sale it there, so you're going to have to go to the store and grab some. Pool is a decent size."

"ESA really has taken a major turn for the worse. This location was no exception. The "kitchen" in these "hotels" do not have utensils in them at all whatsoever. When I went to ' v inquire about them, the woman at the front desk did reluctantly provide me a single set. Moreover, there is no shampoo, conditioner, or body in the room, and they don't have conditioner or lotion of any kind at all. Over all, I do not recommend staying here unless you absolutely need to. I left after less than 3 hours and stayed elsewhere."
