"Its pretty alright with the new modifications going on recently: new washing machines and more maintance then before and the reconstructing of apartments to a more spacious modern look for newcomers. But still the manager is no where to be found most of the times and the rent has gone of the roof with a really high expensive rent."
"If I could put 0 I would!! Manager is never here!!!! All what we see is just BILLS!!! Dirty building, and only one laundry machine is working. No maintenance at all!!! You guys need to do something about this Otherwise no body will stay here!"

All those who have arrived are terrible or are learning, each one with supposedly different rules from the previous one, it is a lax administration, there are cockroaches! Neighbors who have dogs DO NOT pick up the poop of their pets, when the sun is strong it has an unbearable smell.! The washing machines and dryers work 1, the others swallow the coins, you waste your money and time, they always have excuses to raise the rent every 3 months, they charge you for water and garbage, before they did NOT do it, I left because it is a scam and the deposit They DO NOT return it in full even if you give them the apartment clean, most of them have left, it is better to look for a better and clean place, so that they respect what they tell you in the contract"
