"I didn’t particularly enjoy living at that apartment complex. It’s a very sketchy building to live in it with a lot of shady people."
"I recently moved out of this apartment. The apartment is nice however the management does not seem to be helpful for the tenants. They took almost $850 off my security deposit and out of this they charged almost $650 for painting as if it was the responsibility of a tenant to bear the charge for painting after moving out. There was just minor scratches in the kitchen areas which is obvious. The only reason they gave was ‘damages’. There is no reason they should charge $650 for painting. Furthermore, the current manager gives a 24 hour notice and never willing to adjust work schedule. The worst experience ever dealing with the management of an apartment."
"I don't understand why Edwin M Lee, the former mayor of a condominium named after such a respected mayor, hires or arranges for a manager who is so rude and unprofessional every time. The last Sindy was very nice, but this year's manager, Suzette Moses, was so bad that she rarely showed up during office hours. Her poor attitude and verbal abuse when talking to residents about business was unpleasant to hear. She has threatened or issued many letters to the residents of the building to warn them about her delays because she blames them for their mistakes. If you can speed up your work efficiency, why are you still asking for more information or signatures after a year and a half? Is everyone free from work? If the attitude is good, it is reasonable, but if the attitude is bad, she is not a good choice for the manager. If the management can find many residents' dissatisfaction with her in several messages, please replace this highly respected manager as soon as possible, you are not suitable to work here. Teresa is good tho"
"I appreciate that I am living in this community that it is very great and has a lot of great staff, except the property manager, she is unreasonable and arrogant to the building tenants! She is so unprofessional on her job; on this year's recertification, she hasn't given any notice to inform tenants that they need to do the recertification, but she passes the buck by sending a lawyer's letter to threaten tenants saying to evict tenants out of the building since tenants ignore her nonexistent notice. Her behavior and attitude bring us under a lot of pressure."
"Great place, but a new manager has come in since last year. She only gave us one notice to proceed with our annual review this year and we did so immediately! Three months later, without any notice, she sent us a warning letter and even a lawyer's letter threatening to evict us if we didn't respond! I really feel a lot of pressure and I don't know why she is doing this. Our family and other residents are under a lot of psychological pressure and even feel discriminated against!"
