"This was my first place in the US. Astella is a great place to call home, I lived here for a little over a year and when I first leased Olivia was my tour guide. She made it easy for me and my roommate to apply & the decision was that much easier having Olivia help us with every step. Throughout my whole experience, Olivia was the one I went to for everything and she always made sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond in her role and it made my experience that much better here."

"Gorgeous building! Great employees! Excellent amenities! Rooftop is my favorite!! Olivia is always there to greet you with a smile. The building is always clean. Apartments are top notch! The only two things I would change are : at night the warning announcement that goes off over and over (when people get too close to the fence) and parking is ludicrous 350$ a month! Which is crazy when I'm in a below market rate apartment. There are provisions in place for BMR tenants, but they rented them out to non permanent residents (who are temporarily here).Other than that, I couldn't be happier."

"I’ve lived here for a little over a year. Olivia has always been great since the first day I toured the building. She goes up and beyond to make sure we have the best experience in Astella and honestly seems to do all of the Manager’s work. The manager Ryan is completely the opposite side of the coin; he will go out of his way at any chance to try to make your life difficult. I heard recently that he is leaving the job so I’m sure it will be way better now with Olivia managing things without him."

"This apartment complex is truly beautiful and has some great amenities. I did a tour with Olivia and she is hands down one of the best I came across. She showed me the apartment and amenities & answered all my questions in detail. I really want to call out the fact she helped tend to what I needed and made the whole experience easy breezy. I have been living here for about two months now, and the staff is very responsive & they keep the property maintained daily. The location is great & convenient, right next to 101.
