"I live in the apartment building behind 1346 Folsom. For the past few years this building has had a tenant who is constantly yelling and screaming, usually profanities. The apartment security is afraid of her and has stopped approaching her with requests to quiet down because she is violent. There's no contact information for the building management or ownership online. Our building's only recourse is to call the police each time it happens, but they can't get to her. It's a serious nuisance when you're trying to have work meetings or recording music or voiceovers. She also fills old gatorade bottles with water and throws them at the potted plants in our back courtyard, breaking the pots. We're constantly cleaning up after her. She has also thrown these bottles at people in our courtyard. It's a nightmare and we're tired. The building owners need to manage their problem tenants, and they need to be more accessible to security team, their tenants, and the public."

"I don't believe any of the posts here. I lived here since it opened in about 2004 until about 2018 and considering what I know about the boilers thermostat being rigged and the heating system pipes having holes in them particularly up near the solar panels from where air makes it's way into the pipes making some of the unit heaters make banging sounds. Totally corrupt"
