"I enjoy living here, it’s easy to be here. All of the reviews about Mario were asked to be there. We have a new maintenance guy and he does a good job without the drama and chitchat. We have gone through a few managers but things seem to be getting in order now. It’s old but it’s cozy."

"I have lived here almost five years. Being somewhat older the units need maintenance often, thankfully our maintenance guy Mario handles the work orders promptly and cheerfully. He is an excellent representative of the company and would hope he is retained at the end of his contract. It would be difficult and unnecessary to replace him,"

"I have lived at Garden Club for nearly two months and I can say I have never lived in a place that has such great maintenance. Mario, who is the maintenance guy was so fast with work orders and he would fix any maintenance issues that same day! He is super friendly and he would ask if I needed anything else fixed while he was at my apartment. I really enjoyed living here, the neighborhood is nice and the residents were also great. There were never any issues."

"My experience at Garden Club has been nothing but amazing. We had our AC leak/break at 8pm on a super hot summer night and Mario (the maintenance guy) took the time out of his night to take a look at it. He is always SO nice/friendly and super fast at resolving issues. I would put in small work orders during the day and Mario would be there within the hour to fix the issues. I have never lived in a place that has such a great maintenance team. Even though my time here was short, I have nothing but great things to say about Garden Club. Definitely exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this place."

"This place is amazing. The staff here from the property manager to the maintenance staff has treated us with respect. The maintenance staff responds quickly and completes each task quick. The neighbors are extremely friendly and always wave or say hi when going about. The children here are so fun and respectful. I love my apartment here and love feeling so safe and at home.
