"I love this place because it's very nice and it's next too a lot of things you can do. If you want to buy things you can walk across the street you got Sam's Club and Walmark and Winco and you got the Country Club mall and you got Metro Pcs and diiffent kind of shops and different kinds of fast food. All I'm saying it's a nice clean good Apt to live in Kim and her staffs are very nice. They always get the job done. I'm very happy here at Garden Plaza Apartments"

"Too many keys and locks around the area, need multiple keys to get in. However, it is good for security. Not many parking spots in the complex. Always stinks in the apartment. Otherwise, good location for a low rent. Rooms are not very big as well. A/C only cools one room during the summer."
