"I have lived here for over 5years. I stay because I feel safe. Management runs a tight ship that keeps us safe. It is private property and gated. Residents, their visitors and persons who work here are the only people allowed in. New fencing is around the apartment. I can walk around the apartment complex at night, take out my telescope between 3am and 5am and feel safe using it. Obviously personal safety is important to me. There are long term (over 10 years) and returned residents. Community is friendly. When there is a problem with the apartment management takes care of it. The complex is single story with a private patio. There is a new laundry room with good size upright washers and a front loader. It is kept clean. I use a walker for balance on long walks. I walk to the local stores: Walmart, Ross, TJMax, Trader Joe's, etc, weather permitting. Riding Uber or yellow cab is convient from here. We have designated parking . Plenty of visitor parking. Thank you to Betty and Don for being approachable and keeping a clean, safe apartment complex for residents."

"My family member has lived her for a few years. And I feel like I need to let others know about the hostile environment here strictly due to the management. Management is super controlling, She has no business being a senior apartment manager. She is extremely vindictive. She will walk right by you without speaking a single word. When my family member moved in, the management was very friendly But once shes receives your rent and deposit she won’t speak to you again she’ll walk right by you without saying a word. Not a pleasant person at all."
