"I don't like being at fault for something i didn't do. I didn't receive the proper walk through or a checklist when I moved in. She just gave me my keys no checklist no walk through or nothing. My front door look like it was played with and my screen was taken off my window and when I reported the incident to the lady in the office she was very rude she tried to accuse me of the damages. I don't have heavy furniture that would have damage my front door i just moved in. look like it was was being played with and one of my outlets don't work in my room or my childs room. I already feel uncomfortable and mistreated haven't slept at all."
"i applied for an apartment here and they denied and the reason they gave me was income while me and my co applicant earns almost $9000 per month i don’t think income could be problem. i think its case of racism or everybody earns more than $9000 in their apartment?"
"I haven’t even been living in this complex for 6 months and my car has already been vandalized and stolen on this property. The manager did not show any type of empathy or compassion for my situation at all. Just a nonchalant attitude and saying the complex is not responsible. 0/10 I would not recommend moving into this complex."
"Hello! I want to draw everyone's attention to these very strange apartments with a very strange manager. We applied to rent a 2-bedroom apartment and paid the deposit, but we didn't receive a response for a long time. I have my own business, and I won a tender for a job in Sacramento. So, we submitted the application, but there was no response within the promised three days. I decided to call, and they told me that I needed to provide additional information about my company. I added all the documents, and then they informed me that they required bank statements for the last six months. This went on for two weeks. I noticed that my apartment appeared as available again on the Zillow app, so I called, and the manager told me that my credit rating was not high enough. However, there is no information about credit ratings on their website or other apps, and they also explained that there should be a three-year residency requirement. But again, these are conditions I'm hearing for the first time. I offered to pay the full deposit for two months, but they replied that they would only accept full payment for a whole year. In short, we wasted two weeks and were denied for reasons that are fabricated. We have prepared a pre-litigation letter and will pursue our case in court."
"Apartment is very nice and in good community. But the leasing office people are not very responsive and rude sometimes. Very poor experience with the leasing office manager. Almost 2 months after moving out of the apartment and still didn't receive any updates on security deposit, called them every week for the update they have same answer that it is under process."
