"I love living at Linq. Great location, apartment, view (those sunsets though), and amenities. Maintenance and community have also been a huge plus. I feel very lucky to live here."

"My partner and I stayed at LINQ for two years- only moving because we needed a bigger space. The management at LINQ is top tier - Robin Dial, the Apartment Manager, is a total pro. Maintenance is done very quickly, the grounds are kept very clean, and the front office is incredibly kind and helpful. I often find myself missing LINQ!"

"My husband and I have been at Linq for more than a year and absolutely love it. The facilities (pool, gym, common area) are maintained incredibly well. I love that there is always parking -- I've never seen the garage full. I love the security of having a locked garage and a locked apartment area, as well. We walk into Midtown easily or take the light rail that is directly behind Linq. We love being right next to a grocery store! We've only needed to call maintenance a few times, but they came very promptly. Highly recommend."

"Worst experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone. First, the parking situation is terrible. You pay a premium to have your own parking spot with your vehicle information given to the office. When you forget to put your tag on your review mirror the management will threaten to tow away your own vehicle from your own parking space that you pay 200 dollars a month for. Certain members of the management is very unprofessional and make false accusations without fully being aware of situations at hand. Seems like the Linq wants to bill you anyway they can. Which brings me to my final point, the move out. Moving out my apartment was spotless and was still forced to pay additional for repainting and a clean up fee which somehow amounted to around 1,000$. Horrible place to live, horrible parking and horrible management. You will be paying midtown premium prices for non midtown like walkability. Spend your money elsewhere and go somewhere that actually cares about the people who live in the community."

"Really happy living here. The amenities are great, the apartment is great and very secure. I have a two bedroom unit and it’s very spacious. Pros as a tenant: the unit holds its cold and hot air so our utilities are cheap. Washer and dryer, modern appliances and ice maker. Cons: water/sewer bill kind of high (but offset by SMUD). Overall, very pleased and located to so many great shops and restaurants. Freeway access is unbeatable no matter which direction you’re going in."
