"This apartment sucks. Very poor management. Very unreasonable charges. I’m in the process of moving, I left some furnitures overnight in my parking space (to be picked up the next day) bec I had to go to work in the evening. The following day, noon time, I was notified that the management took my furnitures and charging me of invoice. I was not even notified and give a couple hours to move them myself. I had so many disappointments in this apartment management that’s why I decided to leave. Up to this moment of leaving, still I am experiencing all these unfairness."

"NO!! Don't live here!! Noisy, unsafe and overpriced!! We lived here almost 5 years. We were never late on rent. But, rent went up every time we signed a new lease, over $400 in 4 years!! We waited 6 weeks for a "new" dishwasher, 2 weeks for a "new" hot water heater and over a month for a "new" washer/dryer. Our cars were broken into 4 times (my convertible top was cut!!) and one car was stolen!! Upon moving out, we were charged for every little thing!!! They only got one star for the friendly staff/maintenance people. Find someplace else!!!! Not safe!!!!"

"If you’re reading this, DO NOT RENT HERE. Find somewhere else! If this place could get negative stars it would. Starters the apartments are old and overpriced, especially for the area that it’s in. Washer and dryer unit are very tiny and could barely wash a small load of clothes. The parking lot is huge but rarely are there spots to park in. Our cars have gotten hit multiple times with no note or anything. Gym is old and stinky. The spa didn’t work, and when we moved out they took the whole deposit. Upon moving out, they failed to honor a verbal moving out notice because the person spoken to didn’t note it and we had to pay an additional 30 days after we had already moved into a new place. 3 years later, we find out they charged even more and sent the bill to collections without any attempt to contact all persons on the lease. Their excuse? They put it in the mailbox, and sent where? An apartment that was not lived in with no attempt to find the correct address. This prevented us from being able to get approved to rent a home because of the negative reflection on the reference check. If they had done their job properly in the first place, there wouldn’t have been anything sent to collections. I absolutely hate this place, and management is horrible to work with. Screwing us over years later when we paid everything on time and only lived in the apartment 1 year."
