"My husband and I rented an apartment at your Antelope Ridge community in Antelope, CA. Today is Sunday, Oct 18, and the last day of 21 days that our deposit was to be refunded to us. Tomorrow, you are violating California law by not returning our deposit to us timely. I highly suggest you contact your management team at Antelope Ridge and get us our $2200+ refund to us asap. Please speak to Danielle. We paid our rent on time every month for two years, and finally had enough of the way you managed your complex. It's awful when you allow other tenants to be over capacity with people living in the home, as well as the pet allowance. Such a shady, dishonest company."
