"No assigned a parking space. Limited covered parks. If you work and return home after 5pm, there are no parks close to your building. I'xe been waiting on maintenance for a month. A tenant's dog on the 2nd floor peed in the elevator and she didn't clean it up. Limited washers and dryers for this size complex. No drawers in the bathroom. The security gate is open. The stairwell doors slams all the time. No safety measures. Anyone can walk onto the property at anytime. The room is small. The ground creaks as you walk. The elevator moves up when the door opens. There are no benches or sitting area along the walkways. There's a gym on the property."
