"I have had the pleasure of renting three different properties from the manager of Quail Vista over the last 25 years. He is always available, returns calls promptly and sees to it that the properties he manages are in tip top shape. This complex is quiet there's no traffic. It feels safe and the manager is almost always here. I have never known him to raise his voice more than to call his dog. The gentleman that manages these apartments is the reason that I called when I was looking for a place. I highly recommend taking a look if you are in the market for a great apartment."

"Terrible manager, you basically can't do anything in this property, otherwise you will receive a notice. Don't move here if you want to have a calm and safe life. He likes to scream at people, not listening, and don't do any work. All my friends are scared to come here already. We planning to move out here soon because the time here feels like prison. Good apartments, but trust me, you wouldn't want to live here because of a manager that will spoil the mood every single day."
