"It's sad Natomas is going downhill so fast. These places seem so nice but in fact are run by Geese wearing human masks. Absolutely no brains whatsoever. No work ethic. No pride in their craft. It's disappointing and grotesque people like this are able to "run" a business (into the ground)."
"Horrible place to live it looks nice but trash is a mess, never any guest parking spots, and lately so much crime I’ve had a vehicle vandalized, and now one stolen. 6 vehicles today had they’re wheels stolen and cars left on blocks in the parking spots and the cameras they have here don’t even work so good luck getting any help and management is impossible to get into contact with and nobody does they’re job in the office. The only way to get something done around here is to call corporate which I did to break this terrible lease don’t move here."
"This apartment complex is not what it seems like. I have been a resident of this apartment complex for 3 years. This apartment complex has terrible front office service. If you need assisntance with anything, it takes forever for them to get back to you. If you have any issues and submitted work orders, it would take between 1-2 weeks to get a response. The parking is horrible. Neighbors have little to no concern about your parking space. There is no open space for additional parking if you have roommates. The neighbor has no regards for your privacy. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not a place to be. People who owns dogs here do not pick up their dog poop. The dog poop are left everywhere. This place is a gated community but my friend’s car was stolen after one night of parking it here. This place doesn’t have any security cameras so good luck with getting help from the apartment complex. Someone was robbed at gunpoint inside of the apartment complex on the Miramonte side. One of my roommate’s exhaust was chopped off and stolen. If you are to consider living, please really consider. They will show you a nice preset up apartment complex to win you over. Please consider the reviews before moving here."
"I recently moved here and rented an apartment since early may. last night, my car got stolen from parking lot and no one knows where my car is. The website says its a gates community, but none of the gate key works and all gates are open 24/7. The frustrating thing is management does not even care. I got the apartment here thinking it is the safe place but who knows what happens here. I have been living in California for 10 years and never heard stolen vehicle from gated community apartment and management cant help to find it. I was hoping the apartment has some sort of security system, but trust me, its all about money and no one cares about tenant safety. Don't get fool around here because you might loose your car, valuables or even family member kit-napped, and management has no source of security system to help you find it. I am sorry but I am very sad at this moment because I just lost a vehicle worth $15000 from the parking lot of gated apartment and I am not even sure how I will be committing. I really hope management will take some actions for future stealing inside the complex."
"In short; DO NOT RENT HERE! Months after moving out and this place still gives me headaches. The most frustrating is the lack of management skill, communication, and delivery of promises from the staff/ owners. We lived here for just over a year and when we left, our apartment was spotless, I mean made my friends take their shoes off at the front door, no pets, no kids kind of spotless and these guys STILL took the whole $300 deposit AND ON TOP OF THAT SENT US A BILL FOR $200 more ! They never did the final walk though with us but luckily I took pictures of everything right as I locked the doors for the last time. I made the mistake of referring a friend about a month after moving in and it takes 3 months of your referred friend to live there for you to get the referral bonus. It took 7 months, many many phone calls and 2 trips for each household for signing paperwork (because they lost the first set of papers) to get the bonus. I literally got it two months before moving out. Oh and when you’re going to move out make sure to give the notice 60 DAYS before your move Out date, not 30 like every other place. & don’t count on a notice from them when the 60 days are approaching because they won’t let you know at all. We gave a 30 day notice and they forced us to stay the full 60 days after, so for that extra unexpected month we had to pay rent at two properties. Should have read the fine print but I’m warning you all now. Also this place Is infested, and I mean INFESTED with spiders and if you request a fumigation you’ll have to wait at least three weeks, which we did, AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT! I mean it’s so frustrating it’s almost hilarious. We couldn’t crack our bedroom window (which had a screen) because spiders would crawl in. Luckily, by always keeping everything closed and spraying every few days ourselves we kept the place bug free. But take a look for yourself, walk down the grassy area and look at the trees, filled with spiderwebs, all the rails, at the light posts. Ew. The parking. We would have To sometimes park in the shopping center across the street it got so bad there. I mean people are parking in spots, like infront of the trash bins, that aren’t real spots and I don’t blame them one bit. And there is ZERO changing ur spot, even if there’s one closer to your apartment that has been vacant for months. They are real sticklers about that, won’t even have a conversation. Gate was constantly wide open or malfunctioning, I mean one morning there was a homeless man talking a bath in the community pool. Security was terrible, mailboxes were broken into at least twice in the time I was there, I mean destroyed to where we couldn’t even use them for months, neighbors cars were broken into, plates stolen. I feel like I could go on but I’m exhausted already. Please rent at your own risk, and spread your cheeks wide. PROS; location, the shopping center across the way, the beautiful pond across the street and the freeway was so close."
