"This is long overdue, but I highly recommend the Moorpark Garden apartment community. Adriana and Octavio are an incredible team to have on-site. They are friendly, kind, responsive, and efficient with both their roles in site management and as members of the community. The apartments themselves are well-maintained, spacious, and quiet. My time in California was limited to a move just before the onset of the pandemic and a departure at the end of this long, difficult period. It was an incredibly challenging time personally and professionally, and they both made my stay a lot easier. So much so that Adriana left me a voicemail early on in the pandemic to see if I needed any food...She knew I just started my business and finances were incredibly tight. You can't top that, can you? Thank you very much for your support and grace during a period where I struggled greatly. By far my best stay in an apartment over the years!"

"Updated Review: The review below was when I first moved to Moorpark Garden Apartments. I continued to live there for 2 years and only recently moved to be closer to family. It was a difficult decision as Moorpark Garden truly felt like home. I had zero complaints and my experience over 2 years was a great one. Adriana and Octavio were always incredibly helpful, nice and friendly. Community members are mostly families and everyone is courteous, friendly and respectful. Of all the apartment communities I have lived at in the Bay Area over the last 15+ years, this community was most definitely my favorite. Thank you for all that you did to ensure my time there was a positive one. I highly recommend, if you are looking to move, check out Moorpark Garden. Here you will have peace of mind and a comfortable, friendly and peaceful environment. From the moment I first was in contact with Adriana, Property Manager of Moorpark Garden Apartments, I knew this was a community I wanted to live in. I felt welcomed and she took the time to get to know me and go over the community here, which was very important to me. In hearing the benefits of security patrol in the evening, gated community, adequate visitor parking, laundry facilities and on-site maintenance, I was sold. Adriana has been such a pleasure to work with and is a warm smile and presence on site. I feel safe living here and the overall community is quiet, friendly and warm. In addition to Adriana, I had the pleasure of working with on-site Maintenance, Octavio. Octavio was professional, friendly and thoughtful. Responses to my maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I feel I am in great hands here and the customer service is phenomenal.
