"There is a women who always answers the phone when you call the leasing office and she is extremely rude and disrespectful. Not sure why a women who acts so entitled and sounds like a high school drop out was even hired. Be careful of this 'Karen' in the leasing office and if management ever comes across this review, please reconsider replacing her with more patient and respectful agent and see your occupancy level and revenue get better. Also, she is going around telling callers that there is no availability even though the website clearly list the unit saying available now. My guess is she doesn't want more work, so find it easier to just say nothing is available at the moment."

"It's a pretty apartment complex. The staff are very nice and willing to work with you to resolve any issues. They throw fun events like present wrapping and hot chocolate days."

"Now we lost 2 bikes at our patio the first bike I informed them and suggest to put extra cctv for the safety of the renters they won’t do anything to help you solve the problem, now the other bike was stolen again imagine there is a padlock on the patio the bike and bike stand is lock together and it was still stolen. I felt it is not safe to live on this apartment."
