"Do not live here!! The rent price may be reasonable but you'll regret stepping foot in the building. There are many problems in the building. For a starter the hallways are dirty and smell badly no matter how long the cleaning people spend cleaning it. Secondly the whole building has a monstrous infestation of roaches, bed bugs, and possibly maggots. Some of the residents are off their rocker and may cause disturbances to other residents. Lastly the staircase is always dirty and so are elevators are sometimes. Also there are times the elevators are faulty."

The fairgrounds is only a short drive past Monterey along Tully (Curtner Ave turns into Tully at the intersection with Monterey)"

"Hallways stink. Too many knocks and tweakers and rent increases. Homeless ppl everywhere. Oven in kitchen still broken. Kitchen is always dirty. Crazy ppl going off. Cops visit every week. Half or more ppl living there with no life on SSI every month. And the cockroaches roam freely!! Oh btw expect regular invasions of privacy. Whoops I meant inspections and "pest treatments" that don't solve jacks***!"
