"I live here, it's a nice place. The maids/cleaning lady(s) are real good, the management is good also. The maintenance man or the one that takes care of the 4th. floor could use some help in my opinion, (I live on that one), and have had bad luck with him making repairs in my apartment. Other than that, this is a nice place to live and conveniently located not to mention stores, bar, post office, smoke shop, restraunts etc., right in the building, 1st floor. If you're thinking about it, check it out, you might be interested."

"High rent and shady management. Roach infestation and dirty common areas. They also prohibit you from putting anything on the balcony so you basically don't have a balcony. Only live here if you can't afford any other apartments downtown."
